Being a “Studio and Gym Instructor” meant Kat was able to teach everything from Aerobics, through to core fitness and Zumba the list is endless we a specialisation in Cardiac Rehabilitation, Falls Prevention, GP referral Classes & Bootcamps.

Within the fitness maze Kat found Fitness Yoga, an amazing programme which is yoga based, but without all the dogma attached. This was a great yoga introduction for Kat & she has taught this for 9 years. Kat attended Hot Yoga Basingstoke in 2019 and decided to continue her yoga journey.

Training was completed with Sally Parkes Yoga covering Vinyasa, Hatha, yoga for back care & pregnancy. Training has continued with Sally completing the pregnancy course and the initial part of the restorative yoga training with the amazing Paula Hines, who trained with the renowned restorative Yiga teacher, Judith Lasiter.


Kat is also a Massage Therapist (therapeutic, deep tissue, hot stone and warm bamboo) & sports massage rehabilitation therapist who trained with the London School of Sports Massage.
